Dinner at Jimmy Kelly's Steakhouse. PNP, I was not able to open or decant ahead of time. Dark fruits, earth and plenty of oak initially on the nose. After 15 minutes in the glass the wine opened beautifully with plum and black fruits, earth and a pretty smokiness. Medium bodied wine with good acid and medium plus tannins. This was purchased on release and stored at 55 degrees. I would recommend giving this a few hours of air. 92 points

Day 1: very dark and dense, a little bit of Barnyard funk on the nose. Dark fruits on nose and palate. A disturbing bitterness at the end....91 pts. Day 2: don't know if it was due to my palate on day 1 but the bitterness disappeared on the second day and it was all in all a wonderful fresh, dark impression over all. Beautiful wine for the price...93 pts.

Enjoyed at Bones Steakhouse in ATL, GA - didn't take notes. Wine has aged beautifully and is throwing off nice secondary aromas of tobacco, leather and graphite/pencil lead. Black currants / blackberry fruit. Very nice wine - 92+/-

Amazingly developed over time. Dark ruby, delicate and perfectly balanced. Full bodied and concentarted. Totally doffrent than few years ago. Is it going to be even better?
