Very special bottle, from a very special vintner (Bernard Amiot).
From magnum, and properly stored, though I fear, perhaps a bit too long. Of the delicacy and ethereal qualities of Amiot's Chambolle (his 2000 one of the great wines of my life), what remains is as a shadow to what was. To be fair, there was still fruit, and not a trace of dry acidity, and we enjoyed it nonetheless.
Rated +1 on a scale of -1 to +3.
