  Drinking over a few days on vacation. The wine is this wonderful deep honey, but there's just a touch of a cinnamon spice to it as well. With a bit more time I get some tropical fruits - papaya, mango, pineapple towards the end. It's a nice easy drinker and not overly complex, but certainly enjoyable. No real need to wait on drinking although we've had some '04s that were still going strong. Fun wine.
