Pop and pour. New world of dark fruits and fading luxurious oak. The quality of the 100% Carmenere fruit gives this wine unique profile. In a great spot now!

Would not hold on to this further. Still has some good fruit, but I would have opened it a couple of years ago. These wines do not benefit from significant aging, just enough to mellow the tannin a bit.

Bought at the winery in Chile. Winemaker said that the drinking window was between 2017 and 2020. Drank it today, 100% ready, perfect tannin, fruit, acidity balance.
