Full bodied, ripe black cherry and blueberry notes. Leather and earth on the finish. One of the bigger Oregon Pinots I've had- even with its age. OK, but I prefer a bit more finesse.

2009/10 pinot's: flat nose, bitter palate, lacking fruit, mostly dirt on the palate with a bitter finish - have yet to have a Bergstom pinot that i've liked.

Medium garnet in color, clear but slightly opaque. Aromas of black cherry, cedar box and spice, with subtle forest floor note. Medium bodied with bold flavor of sour black cherry, orange peel, dark chocolate, and a touch of cedar on the medium long finish. This wine can go for at least 5 more years. A very nice wine. Just sorry this was my last bottle, I'd gladly buy 6 more today.
This bottle was decanted for an hour and had a nice open nose of black cherry, cranberry, minerals/ stone/ earth, and damp forest. Medium depth on the palate with that cranberry tart/ bitter grip on the finish. Not complaining, this was a very nice wine with a velvety texture. Hoping for more, as always! Lousy QPR @ $70. Drink: now-2018.

Really tight bit of cherry and currant. Short finish.
