  From a magnum. Popped and poured, and kept on ice as we drank it over 1.5 hours. Liked this one more than the same one drunk 6 months earlier. Fragrant nose, rich golden hue, and great flavor.

  Dinner at Acadia, Chicago (Acadia, Chicago): Clear pale straw yellow. Nose changed and evolved in the glass : white pear, honeysuckle, crisp apples, apricot and wax. Palate very structured with great purity and length - lots of yellow fruits, honeysuckle with touches of vanilla, straw and wax. Excellent finish - seemingly still young wine. Excellent.
