Very hot, alcoholic nose (and transfers to the palate). Deep red fruit, wet clay, spice, black pepper. Hard to get past the 15%.... Still enjoyable for sipping, especially if you want to get drunk / you want your guests to get drunk. After taste of black pepper beef jerky.

Tasting Room: A huge black cheery, ripe plum, fennel flavor-filled red for steak. Dark berries and moderate spice and tannins. Needs 6 months, but better after a year.

Huge aromas and flavors of dark fruit and berries. Best I've had.

Enjoyed with Mexican food (quesadillas). Black pepper, spice, a really hot wine.

Tasting Room: You can nurse some good aromas out now, but I don't want to rush this one.
