PnP. Rich brass w/ fallow straw edge in color. Muted nose of white flowers, honeysuckle, apricot and a backnote of petrol. On the palate: white flowers, apricot, flinty minerality and subtle petrol. Bright acid is balanced by medium viscosity and a creamy mouthfeel. Long finish of golden delicious apple & flinty minerality. Drinking well now...very elegant and balanced.

This is an old bottle I've had around for years. Decided to serve it up with a German-themed dinner of pork chops, red cabbage, and boiled potatos with parsley. Once past the moldy cork top the bottle was clean, and the wine showed a brilliant golden yellow color with a fragrence of fresh cut hay. Meduim bodied with layers of lemony honeyed apple with a little citric zing at the end. Did I mention honey? Fun to try, but nothing special. Glad I only had one bottle.

petrol nose. Lemon curd-y up front. Loads of tropical fruit up front. Not tasting its age, and not feeling the RS at all. Really good on a hot day.
