  • Dark cherry in the glass. Soft cherry perfume on the nose with a little dust. More fruit apparent with time in the glass. Beautifully balanced acidity, tannins and dark cherry fruit with a lengthy warm finish.

  • Dense but silky, deep red, this is really good quality from Argentina and frankly unexpected in style. A mix of old world PN and Tuscany. Did well day1 with filet mignon and day2 with chicken. Reminds me of some burgundian wines, maybe more from cote de beaune, but with some touch from tuscan red. Incisa della Rocchetta project you can clearly feel the experience in wine making from the Sassicaia creator in this one

  • Dense ruby cherry colour. Dry fine and very dense nose, dark red fruit, some spice and a lovely citrus line. Incredibly densely silky texture and remarkable weight given it’s only 11.5abv. Very harmonious. Lovely now though years of life ahead of it. None of the oak etc it was reported to have in its youth. Very impressive. Should develop further complexity with time. Blind I’d be in MSD GC territory. ****1/2 with upside.

  • Deep color, good nose, nice flavor, takes a long time to open.

  • Very enjoyable. Needed quite a bit of air to show its best, but really soft, silky and elegant. The moderate alcohol and ripe but fresh spicy fruit was appealing. Lacks a bit of grip and structure to compete with burgundy, but for a fruit driven relatively complex pinot this really gets the job done.
