Pours a mature golden yellow colour. Mature nose of medium-high intensity with aromas of wax, honey, citrus, and peach. It's medium+ bodied and off-dry with honeyed, citrusy, and peach flavours. Acids are a bit low, but still well-balanced. Pleasant, chalky-textured mouthfeel. Waxy, citrus, and mineral oil notes linger on the long, lip-smacking finish.

A trip around Niagara; 6/15/2015-6/28/2015 (Ontario, Canada): Golden colour. Honey, petrol, pear and quince. Rich fruit, with the sugar only peeking through. I like it but it needs to be drunk now based on this bottle as the acid structure is in danger of fading too much.

Tasted with 2012. This one has more concentration and more mature and exotic fruits. Nose has more petroleum and more Riesling characters. Acidity seems a bit lower than 2012 and less lively.
