  Deep crimson with faint purple edges. On the nose butter, forest floor, cedar bark, decayed moss. Flavors of leather, tobacco, black licorice, tar, and black cherry pie crust. Strong tannins, dry, but we'll balanced. A complex and solid wine from the Artezin series.

  A nose of dark fruits and spice, dark black in color. A medium to full bodied single vineyard PS, with blackberry, jam, plum, licorice and spice on finish, easy drinking. www.winelx.com

  Pacific Point Wine Tasting Club - Petite Sirah Night (Union City, CA): Dark garnet color with mixed berry fruit, and a bit of cassis aromas. On the palate it's approaching full-bodied, and plush with satiny tannins and blackberry, blueberry, cassis, spice, and vanilla flavors. Medium+ finish. 14.2% alcohol. Aged in French oak. Retail $36.
