Just delicious. White Bordeaux character. Best bottle of those I have had. Light greenish-yellow. Floral nose with some white nectarine, quince and a hint of citrus. chewy yet bright in the mouth. Palate has some slight grapefruit, then a variety of stone fruit, quince and some minerality. Moderately long finish. We drank it as an aperitif but it would have been fantastic with branzino or red snapper! Great with ripe goat cheese. Wish I had more!

Very much in the style of a dry white Bordeaux. A blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc this has a light yellow color with a flowery nose along with a hint of honey, citrus and cut grass. Very nice flavors that reflect the nose with bright acidity on the tongue. Surpringly well balanced and elegant. Probably still better with a few more years to develop.

A blend of Semillion and Sauvignon Blanc. I have a long history with Cosentino, but I won’t get into it again here. This wine is perfectly fine, albeit a bit fat and overly round, but good grapefruit and hibiscus. Perhaps too chalky on the finish, but I nitpick. Very Good. thedrunkencyclist.com

The palate is butterscotch and pear, no citrus which makes it enjoyable. Short finish but overall very good.
