  Dry, crispy and rather light palate with citrusy acidity (citrus sorbet comes to mind) and intense lean fruit. Green to yellow, quite peachy. Probably just the right amount of the stingy SB-character, with nettle and green chili. Refreshing mid-length finish.
  Extremely balanced NZ SB and (I'm sorry to say this) rather boring that way. But if this is your game, here's a worthy opponent.

  Good – clear pale yellow appearance; green fruit on nose; dry; mid acidity; light body; short finish; crisp; fresh; green fruit – apple ?; some tropical fruit notes; nice balance – good acidity not too tart; quite subtle fruit flavours.
