Cooper, Gold colour. Clear and Shiny. Nose: quite fresh; rhubarb is leading. Alter that loads of apricot- ripe nas sweet. Clear and clean. Taste: damson with nice medium acid. Some apricot. Thick finish.

Mineral and herbal at nose, with a clear note of hydrocarbons. at palate reveals its fruity character - apricots under muscat, figs in syrup, candied orange skin, hazelnuts. nice acidity at palate.

A dessert wine that doesn't give off the always same quince note. Anyway, please read this rating with an eye to my remarks on high Oechsle based wines on my profile.

opened and enjoyed over 3 days. Not very exciting on day 1 and no better on day 2 and 3. Honey and a bit or orange marmelade. A bit flabby. Lacks the acidity to hold it together with much more aging. Drink it soon and enjoy it as a fairly simple desert wine

This both sees botrytis and then gets dried on straw mats. 100% Garganega. Nose is very unique, sweet and musty, banana with like a bleu funk, some stemmy quality. Palate has full mouth feel, not at all too sweet, acidity medium plus, notes of crushed lemon, orange peel, dried honey, a funk I can't describe right. Interesting stuff.
