  Transparent deep pink with tawny rim. Shy, cool nose of rose underripe berry. Initial shock of tartness, followed by a powerful savory and musky palate, certainly more red than white. Light tannic finish with riper strawberry and apple. Overall very refreshing, enjoyed with orange-mustard chicken thighs.

  This is an absolutely lovely rose. It has a hint of sweetness but a ton of tart acidity. My first bottle was consumed too quickly at a party and I dismissed it as being simple. Its not. Its lovely and full of juicy raspberry and hints of cream with incredibly satisfying acid. Very good stuff.
