  Very much representative of it' vintage. Lovely ripe strawberry fruit. There is a touch of stalkiness to it, but this provides a balancing act to the ripe fruit. Bit too much toasty oak to this for my tastes though. As it develops slightly vegetal and a merest murmur of spice. In the mouth, this wine shows it's pedigree, Crunchy cranberry and red cherry, racy acidity, lively spices build and are ever present in the mouth. Fine grained tannin, with a touch of grip. Long finish
