  Interesting Cab. Found this for $30 at Winex and couldn't pass up on this bottle that already has some age. On the pop 'n pour, this was pretty unfocused with lots of oak and tart acidity throwing things out of balance. After vacuvin'ing and leaving overnight, this started to come together. Oak receded into the background and the rich, deep, ripe cab fruit was on full display. Still was some out of balance tartness, but wasn't too distracting. Cab character wasn't ripened out, showing some herbal notes, which I appreciated. Enjoyed this.

  Let the bottle breathe for an hour, aerated and filtered.
  
  Beautiful nose, deep, rich taste, and a full finish.
