This is just so beautiful. Drinking perfectly. From memory: slow ox (popped and let breathe in the cellar for five hours). Incredibly layered, sweet red cherry, baking spices, clove and nutmeg, but the fruit is still full and plush, resolved tannins. My wine of the year thus far.
Balsamic and some dried fruit notes, but freshens up with air. Tar. Rosmary. Quite a bit of brick colour at opening, but more ruby after some air. Good quality fruit. Bit warmth. Some tannins. Very nice quality. Could shed some more tannins, but the fruit at opening suggest this would be best over the near term and within next ten years. Might improve over the near term (<5) if fruit remains and it finds further balance. 92-93 points.

Excellent bottle. Floral, mint, dark fruit and a sweet balsamic note. Full-bodied with some tannin still remaining. This can pair with a wide range of food.

Ruby color w/bricking rim. Decanted three (3) hours throwing modest amount of sediment. Tannins are soft and nearing full integration. Presents lovely aroma of red cherry & rose petal with tertiary notes of balsamic, road tar and leather. Softly textured and agile on the palate moving effortlessly to a long even gripping finish. In a perfect spot. Paired beautifully with braised lamb shanks and roast vegetables. Drink now.
