(Batič Zaria) Very light orange color; intriguing, intense, savory, VA, grapefruit, chalk, tart pear, mineral nose, that changes to more of a peach and guava nose after 10 minutes in the glass; long rolling entry, oily textured, tangy, tart pear, lemon oil, mineral, tart pineapple palate; medium-plus finish 91+ points (blend of 50% Pinela, 25% Rebula (Rebolla) and 25% Zelen; 35 days of skin contact)

So interesting on opening. Sleeved chilled for 5 minutes, then poured. Nosed on apple cider. Palate was tangy, herbal, apples., long, and caged over time.
Stored infringe overnight, but the second day most of the tang disappeared.
