Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • The only thing Jolly Rancher-like about this rosé is its "watermelon" color. Otherwise, this bracingly dry wine is all about acid, minerals, and tart citrus fruit. There's a hint of black pepper swirling around here (this was whole cluster pressed) and background notes of cherry and strawberry fruit. This maintains excellent presence and focus as it glides over the palate and the mouth-watering finish is nicely sustained.
