Chapelle-Chambertin Dinner with the Lieu-dit Cru (The Bristol - Chicago IL): Open 2 hours before serving, then tasted single blind in flight. black fruit, roast meat, some licorice and black pepper. Very tasty now, but not even close to the quality of the 1999 in this flight. Or Dugat's 1998 Charmes-Chambertin.

(Claude Dugat Chapelle-Chambertin) Medium cherry red color; cherry, baking powder, white chocolate and black cherry nose; tasty, rich, gorgeous cherry, red fruit palate with depth and great acidity; long finish
