I found this hiding in the cellar and didn't expect it to be good still. I wasn't careful and broke the cork but managed to get rest out in tact. The wine was fully mature for sure, but not passed on. In fact, it showed an interesting character. Impressive.

Drank this over two evenings. On the first evening, cedar dominated the bouquet and the taste. Cedar burned off by the 2nd evening revealing an average wine. At least it has slightly improved since the last one I opened about a year ago.

Green pepper notes, Carmenere like, earthy, umami, still showing well.

Typical Chilean Cab. Not too bad.
