  • Deep yellow fruit along with stone fruit and lard aromas, kissed by honey and white pepper. Long, broad outro with a fruity but not oaky center. More butterscotch impression than many a Chardonnay, with a super long finish, but with the original oak tannins fully integrated and mellowed, this wine can showcase primary glossy fruit and tertiary notes in harmony. There is no wine <5 years that can do this. It's hard to imagine a higher peak than where this stood 1 hour after being opened, with all that delicious power accompanied by grace. I loved this, can you tell? Drink now-2027.

  • My second and regretfully also my last bottle ...

Tasted blind and then in carafe. The wine is currently blushing at full engines.
Great nose, smooth in mouth, very refined and complex. Good acidity as well, fresh and crunchy.
The finish and retro are its best features ... this went on for a very long time.

    Drink now and enjoy !

  • Very good, at peak now and next several years. PnP that immediately showed well, with little development over the two hours it was open. Consistent with the bottles of three and four years ago, this offers solid structure, and a clean, rewarding expression and finish. Really no reason to wait anymore, unless you've got this in magnum. 13,5% abv., highly recommended

  • Straw yellow. Mellow fruity nose, sweet lemon. Full bodied mature palette, velvety, butter, still fresh and uplifting acidity. Excellent.
