  • Home made wine made from whole Californian grapes, 60% Syrah and 40% Cabernet. Left a full year in a 46L Hungarian Oak barrel and acidity removed by leaving it one month in a fridge.
    Fruity and high acidity when drinking alone, great with mild spicy dish such as Italian Sausage.
