nice ripened apple, wet stone, apricot. med(+) finish. don't drink Christoffel as much as I should, but still really great wines at an attractive price point.

Very nice Kabinett, nose of wet slate, honeyed apple, lily, and petrol. The palate is delicious with classic lightness, yet full of flavor and punch. Very tasty.

Really nice wine - light, effervescent, soft honey, orange, lime, just a bit floral. Low alcohol and goes down very smoothly. Delicious!

Tasted far riper than kabinett, did not show high acidity as i had hoped from the vintage. Still a solid value, showed much more minerality after a good hour of air.
