A friend and I tasted this at the Woodinville tasting room on 11/5/11. It had a rich bouquet of smoke, smoked meat, plum, mocha and baking spice aromas. The palate was ripe, smooth and dry with flavors of plum, black cherry, mocha and burnt toast.

Day 2 in Woodinville (Woodinville, WA): This is a blend of Tempranillo and Syrah. Very candied nose of raspberry, mocha, and toasty oak. The palate was dense and modern - with high-toned red fruit and smoke notes. Not really my cup of tea.
