Perrieres Tasting (Chez Winefool): Enticing nose that has so much going on with fresh ripe orchard fruit that at different moments shows honey, mineral, nut and fresh cut florals. The palate has significant concentration but pronounced brightness and zingy energy that leads to a chiseled, powerful finish. Impressive and should hold for 5-10 years.

Terrific. Ready. Lovely fruit, mineral finish. Lacking the midpalate density and structure of the 2010.

Perrières Tasting: Mostly Meursault Whites, plus Méo-Camuzet Reds (The Winefool - Chicago IL): Single blind in Lafon/ Morey flight. So much lemon and apple with chiseled minerality from start-to-finish, showing firm structural support at all times, just in the near background. So much energy on the finish. A great 2007, I thought this was the Morey 2007.

La Paulée de New York - The Verticals (Eventi Hotel - New York NY): Walk around tasting in 10/09/00 vertical. Lush and dense start, then very minerally and bright on long finish with subtle nuance and good power. Very fresh for the vintage.

The Verticals Tasting at 2020 La Paulée de New York (Eventi Hotel, New York): Medium yellow. The opposite of the 2010-open, rich, spicy, kiss of oak, wonderful balance and balancing acidity. Lovely wine and the best of the 3 vintages.
