Clearly past its prime but still nice core of berry fruit and acidity-- but tannins are a bit harsh at this point. Went well with lamb and eggplant. Definitely drink up!

This is my last bottle and we enjoyed it a lot with nice rack of lamb, made based on Gordon Ramsay recipe. The wine is still at its prime time, but I think this is as good as it gets. Probably the right time to enjoy. Typical very good Napa Cab from very good 2007 vintage, with lots of black currant, spices, leather, wood and pencil lead, super integrated and balanced with long silky finish. Wow!!!

Still has it all. Sad that only have one left, but it has been a good 5 case run. Fruit and tannins may be lower, but balance is still there. Decanted and enjoyed over meat and cheese plate.

Much better than previous bottle, that was opened 2 years ago... Very dark ruby color, opens with nice wood, leather, spices, a bit of black currants and some leafs. After 2 hours in decanter much more fruits with secondary smell of cigar box, some licorice and vanilla. Very tasty, fresh, good acidity, nicely integrated tannin and almost off-dry medium plus finish. Really beautiful wine, still has a lot of life there. 2007 was great year in CA, especially in Napa. Let's see what will be with the next bottle couple of years later.
