Decanted and started drinking immediately. Attractive hazy golden hue. Smells good, with notes of grain/bread, curry powder, golden apple, stone fruit, fresh shellfish, and hints of honey and varnish. On the palate, tart juicy fruit - mainly apricot, but apple, citrus, and tropical notes too - along with stony, marine minerality, and some grain and spice (curry/cumin). Excellent acidity, and a moderate but noticeable tannic grip. Medium length finish of apricot juice, spice, and stone. Full of orange wine character, well balanced, and quite tasty.
Becomes even more interesting with an hour or two of air, with everything coming together better, and some floral aromatics developing. Fresh and lively, and also has good depth and complexity and lots of character; a memorable wine.

Great with charcuterie. Judt enough acid. Not funky at all.

Erfrischend andersartig.

Confraria - Piemonte (Vito): A hint of rusty and sweetness in the nose. Elegant, complex, mineral, very interesting. Long lasting.
