Opened the first of my six-pack based on recent chatter. To me, this doesn't seem ready. It's tight and stern, yielding flavor and aroma only grudgingly. I'm drinking the last glass now, a couple of days in, and a little strawberry-cherry charm is leaking out, but it's struggling to do so. There's nothing to indicate a flawed bottle, and I'm a Guillemot believer, so my conclusion is that it needs more time.

Totally agree with Cote d'Or. This wine is drinking perfectly right now. Well-balanced, great structure, not at all faded, wonderful red fruit with nice aromatics. A wonderful Burgundian experience. I had never heard of this domaine and I will look for it. Drank it over two days and it was just as good on the second. Great with duck. Should be good at least into 2023.

Tasted over 2 days -nearly semi-translucent dark red mild clearing -lovely perfumed ripe red berries -med/med+ acidity cuts gracefully into med/med- weight faded dark red fruit plum bitter-inflected soil, med- tannins -excellent and in a perfect spot now, I so love how Guillemot retained cut and freshness with the vintage

It took awhile for this bottle to open up, but it came around to the same great experience as all of my previous bottles. It has nice cherry and raspberry fruit, good minerality and a nice finish.

Another great bottle of this wine. It has lots of cherry and raspberry fruit, plus some salinity, earthiness, spice and minerality. It has a light red color and a medium finish.
