Italian Immigrants (Sydney, Australia): Light gold coloured. Floral nose, with banana, pear and pineapple. The palate shows some nice roundness, but there is a touch of alcohol standing out on the finish that is distracting.

This won a blind tasting of summery whites. Bright apple nose with some spice. Melon, apple, and pear on the palate. Refreshing acid with medium finish. Definitely competes with whites in this price range.

There is an unnatural roundness to it that heightens the idea (reality?) that this is made in the cellar, not in the vineyard. I would hesitate to even cook with it.

Really enjoyed this wine. Medium-bodies, clean, apple, honey, maybe a little lemon-lime. Didn't seem as bone-dry as some others, but really held up well with lighter foods and chicken. Will definitely buy again.

pear, quince and a hint of citrus; smooth rather than bright; unexciting.
