Stunning color of this cab franc rose...more heft to this rose with structure of Bordeaux grape. Tastes of wild strawberries with hint of vanilla. Wonderful for apertif.

Dark pink with a copper hue. Nose was a little off at first with some burnt match notes but that blew off after about 20 minutes to reveal an interesting mix of strawberry, orange, herbs, tea and a touch of floral aromas. Mostly red fruit on the palate but in a very dry, savory way along with some earthy notes. Good acidity and clean finish. This is definitely a red wine drinker's rose.

Very robust rose. Enjoyed with grilled opah with a savory olive, caper and pine nut sauce. Great nose with plenty of ripe strawberries, grassy and floral essence. Terrific withe the fish, but would complement any grilled food such as chicken or ribs.

Light salmon color. Mostly red fruit and slightly floral on the nose. More of the same on the palate with a touch of herbaceousness. Crisp, clean mouthfeel and a bone dry finish. Very enjoyable.

100% Cab Franc. S/S Fermented. Strawberry soda red with raspberry, cherry, and slight floral notes. On the palate medium bodied, balanced, with nice complexity. fruity, but dry on the back palate with ripe cherry, raspberry, citrus, and a touch of spice. Medium-long finish. Expensive for a rosé, but excellent!
