Pretty strong sulfurous reductive note in the aroma and the palate, a shame because this was otherwise beautiful. Did not improve or blow off with air. From a magnum.

Classy. Nose with melon, mint and a touch of exotic fruit. More powerfull than last time. So pure, elegant and complex with fine minerality. Exeptional balance between fruit and acidity.

Wonderfull nose with pineapple and melon. In the beginning also exotic fruits on the palate. Quite creamy, but in no way powerfull and extroverted. Later a wonderfull note of anise dominates the palate.

Burgundy Dinner: Pre-Paulee with Zachys (Quince - San Francisco CA): Light color. Nose shows some apple and spice, but rather simple and already showing age. Better on the palate where fruit comes off fresher but still not much depth. I'd suggest drinking these soon.
