  • Vineyardgate Wine Tasting of White Burgundies. St.-Aubin Blanc Premier Cru "En Charmois", Domaine Michel Colin-Deleger
    1997 $27.99

VG Promo: In terms of white Burgundy, Michel Colin must now be considered at the top of the food chain, the equal of Leflaive, Ramonet, and Lafon. He makes glorious wines from some of the best appellations in Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet, as well as St.-Aubin, Santenay, and Maranges. This Charmois is the best being produced in the entire appellation. Lovely hazelnut and green apples. Creamy-textured. Fine acidity. Nicely focused.

My note: Very nice nose. Full, rich palate. Best of the lot. So far. 4-11-15-7-87/100
