Very nice, full bodied, unoaked, Chablis 1er Cru. Classic in character, layered, showing some aged with good acidity. Quite pleased with it. Overall, sharper acidity against fuller fruit, interesting play against them. Thumbs up.

Notes from day 1, bottle open for a couple of hours. Pale yellow in color. Nose of sea water, hint of honey, citrus, seaweed, minerals. Palate of white grapefruit, lemon rind, sea water, seaweed, minerals. The finish was above average in length with really good acidity. Overall the wine was fantastic, about all you can ask for in this level of chablis IMO. Drink or hold: 50+5+12+17+7 4

Acid and then mineral driven and stark but elegant wine. A touch of France rounds out the palate. Long, acid driven, finish. Whats not to like, if you like Chablis.
