First off I like that it's a vintage sparkling. I also like that it's made from the 3 grapes allowed in champagne. Toasty, smoky, oaky upon opening. This gives way to sour apples and a good dose of minerality. Crisp and clean, this drank well from Saturday to Tuesday. Smashes some Moet I've had. $12 dollars, are you kidding me?
