Light gold color, with lemon, Bosc pear, and minerals and a lovely tart finish. With air a pleasant nuttiness comes out that helps round it out further, it is excellent now but shows no danger of fading any time soon.

Very light gold color with a strong mousse. Medium to profound nose of banana cream pie, sourdough muffin, and vanilla bean. Still taut as a wire and a few hours open helped tremendously to settle down the palate. Extra brut is right! Crisp apple, grapefruit, kiwi, and tartare share the stage made of stone and granite. So clean and precise, and still such a toddler that I may move my last bottle back to offsite storage for a few more years. 4+11+18+9= 92
