Still as fresh as a daisy, the colour has not changed since first release. Full of lime, citrus and extremely clean and tight at the moment. You can feel its energy still being trapped by the bone dry acid. There is a hint of secondary notes emerging but that was after 2 hours after opening.
Excellent now but best not to touch for another 5 years. Best to decant for an hour if you would like to enjoy bottle in 2022!

Cellared since release. This is in a beautiful spot. Still tight acid line and primary fruit signature of bickford’s lime, overlaid a subtle toastiness, no kero here. Lovely rainwater purity to the palate, very crisp, feels bone dry but has an elegance and high drinkability. Still has more of a story to tell, another 5-10 years would do this nicely.

Granite, lime water, apple to start, merest touch of honeysuckle. Finish outstanding with pure focussed limey minerality. Shy fruit initially, showed more after a couple of hours open.

An excellent riesling that was drunk too early.
