Last of four bottles purchased from the Lastbottle nine years ago. Mature with a melange of cooked and dried black fruits, terroir inspired black soil, and a solid structural component. Although unlikely to improve with further cellaring, this should be enjoyed by 2025. Enjoyed with a grilled, thick cut Teriyaki pork chop with grilled peppers and onions. Finishes long.

Dense et corsé. Surfait et/ou sur-muri, c'est style moderne in your face j'ai trouvé. Poivrons verts et eucalyptus avec du cassis, c'est pas mal tout ce que j'ai noté à travers les 2 heures que je l'ai bu, les tannins étaient asséchants et la finale sur la chauffe. Dans mon cas, j'ai pas aimé du tout!

Enjoyed over two evenings; just as good on the second night as the first. Fully mature. Very terroir driven notes; lots of sour earthiness and black fruits. Not likely to improve with further cellaring, but seems like it an hold up for a couple more years. Very good.

Big bold blackcurrant, vanilla oak, not for the feint-hearted but for me, highly enjoyable. Would be great with a steak, but actually pretty nice on its own.

Wish I had more bottles but this is my last. Excellent and unusual 80% cab 20% carménère blend.
