  Thirsty Thursday impromptu session at ES BK. Tasted blind.
  Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
  Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of floral violets, red cherries, stony minerality, some fresh earth. Developed.
  On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium- tannins, medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of fresh sweet red cherries, stony minerality, savoury earth, sweet baking spices. Medium+ finish.
  Good quality. Simple but real easy nice drinking. I was guessing Chambolle Musigny village Burg.

  After tasting several enjoyable bottles of 2009 and 2010, 2007 stands out with its concentrated fruit and overall balance.
