  Intense nose of black fruit, white pepper, hint of vanilla/residual oak
  M acidity
  Tannins fully resolved/ softened.
  From magnum, plenty of life
  Very enjoyable.

  A birth year wine for a visitor! A taste from the past -- more earthy than present vintages. Really nice fruit still holding up -- strawberries. A few years ahead

  Drunk from double mag. Opened about 12 hours before drinking. A wonderful expression of Napa cab. Going sting. At least from a double mag.
