Got this for $3.43, including tax, from one of those supermarket clearance carts. No big expectations, but always a great way to try a bunch of wines with no big risk. Not much of a nose, but really decent balance and the right minerality for the varietal. More of a French style than, say, something like the popular New Zealand offerings. Light fruit and not too peachy, crisp, a bit dry. Medium-short length, but pleasant enough with any food accompaniment. Probably not a lot more rack life in the cellar if you have this. Drink up.

The bouquet starts off like a spring morning. Fresh-cut grass honeysuckle and hay round out the bouquet. The palate and the finish are very crisp. The palate has Bartlett pear, tulip, and grass. Overall this wine is very pleasant and goes well with grilled chicken.
