  Slightly dulling red. No sediment. Can see through .... typical pinot. The smokey odour is powerful , some ash, red fruit, some florals.
  Light to medium in body. Slightly drying.Tannins are almost not noticeable. Red fruits (raspberry and cranberry), beet root, some ash. Decent length to finish.
  Overall, this is a very interesting wine. Hard to define. Very different but still pinot-like.
