  • Faded light purple in color, hints of light brown around the rim. Not sure what to expect since CT had the drinking window closing 7 years ago. Well this wine may look old but it is still fine. Black cherry liqueur and savory notes over an extended mellow finish. Elegant.

  • We took this bottle in to Recipe Park Deux last night and was drinking beautifully. The focus is middle point now between fruits and secondary flavors. I like the balance at this point and find it’s drinking at an ideal spot for my own palate. It went great with the steak tartare and charcuterie plate.

  • Received a second round of this winderlea PN at their anthology dinner where they release 10 year old library wines. Impressive how well this wine held up for 10 years. With a little time open to air it was a very enjoyable aged PN. Structure and fruit still intact and showing well. Elegant light PN from Dundee

  • Drank over two nights, with and without food. Fairly light maroon color. Thin, slow moving legs. Very pungent nose (on the first night it was mostly oak; on the second night it opened up and showed a mixture of rosehips, loam and oak). This bottle was like a doughnut because it had a hole in the middle. Initial palate has medium-bodied, bright, round fruit. Everything fades pretty quick on the midpalate, which is thin, watery and hollow. Ample acidty. The fruit comes back around on the finish. Well balanced with the acidity. Decent length and concentration on the finish.

  • Good color. The nose sports raspberry, cherry, spice, flowers, and a hint of oak. This wine is medium bodied with decent concentration and good balance. Classy. The finish is fairly long, showing a mineral tinge and good acidity.
