With Manoj and Neeta, at their house for an amazing outdoor dinner. This one (very) chilled. PnP, drank over 90 minutes.
Medium yellow/brass color. Nose showing citrus, lemon curd, floral notes and some mineral. Palate is rich and buttery CA Chardonnay all the way... candied lemon, butterscotch, creme brulee, french oak. Picked up some smoke/Charcoal(?) notes in the mid palate. Full bodied, long finish.
This has gone the distance, still drinking nicely at 10 years young. You have to like the style, well made and still has time left. Nice showing

Medium yellow color. Clear and no sediment first glass. Tasted at 63 degrees. Pleasant viscous mouth feel. Butterscotch and flower petals on the nose and palate. Medium length but very satisfying finish. Well balanced with good acidity. Oak is subtle and well integrated. Pretty wine especially after 7 years. Well done Lewis.

Buttery with a lemon/sweet nose. Candied finish with a decent amount of oak, melon, butter and creme brûlée. Quite good but not on par with the Napa chard

Very light, pale yellow in color. Scents of crisp apple, lemon and lightly sweet flower. Tastes of butteriness, oak, acidity, oak, and more butteriness, oak, acidity and oak.
