  (Probably from the late 90’s)
  Deep yellow colour with a pleasant maturity on the nose showing citrus, red apples and minerals at first, opens up with some butter and Brazil nut as well. Nice on the palate showing some butter notes and with a lengthy balanced finish. This is a good example of a well evolved champagne with a few decades of extra cellaring giving a deeper and more intense palate in a pleasant way.
