White Club @ CLOUDS (Clouds restaurant, Zurich): A tad restrained, very light style of Shiraz, cranberry and slight farmhouse smell. This has that biodynamic touch, even though I don't know if this is farmed biodynamically. Not my wine as it lacks a bit concentration to my taste

Nose of berries, plum, white pepper, violets, smoke, bacon and toffee. Good concentration on palate. Plenty of acidity and fruit makes it fresh annd attractive. Tannins are well integrated. Good lenght with aromas of red berry/sour cherry and pepper playing the main role. There's a slight bitterness to it in the backend that kind of lessens the deliciousness factor of the wine. The wine should improve after 1-2 years in the cellar.
