  • Very nice sparkling, light bubbles, great finish. Could drink this all day and night!

  • To be snarky, I think this should just be called a "Sparkling Chardonnay" rather than a blanc de blancs. Very fruity and primary with lots of apple and some peach. Big aggressive beads. Very ripe fruit profile and quite sweet dosage. Pairing with some fresh fruit helped the wine because I couldn't handle the lack of verve on its own. By the time the wine was open for a few hours with a stopper on top, the last of the bottle came together a bit and showed some mineral creaminess. But by then the wine was nearly flat, and you can't exactly decant a sparkler, can you? Yes, it will improve with age a bit, but the overripe profile and lack of acid will serve to keep a very low ceiling.

  • Had this at an "American Sparklers" tasting at the Boston Harbor Hotel. Yeasty, toasty with citrus and pear. Creamy with slight honey overtone. Served with cream of golden potato soup topped with caviar. Perfect.

  • Beautiful nose of peach blossom, lemon peel, and a hint of warm toast. Lots of bubbles. On the palate it's racy, with a lot of acidity and texture. More citrus and peach comes through, along with a touch of yeasty richness. Also noted were some hints of green apple. The finish is lovely, smooth and elegant. One of the better domestic sparkling wines available today.

  • New Years Eve Blind Champagne: Very light color. Not as bubbly as the others. Initially the nose is very subdued and eventually gives up some toast notes but never really develops much. Tart green apple flavors and the bubbles are much more pronounced on the palate compared to visually in the glass. Nicely balanced.
