The 2010 version of Folin Cellars Mourvedre is still quite young but very tasty. Usually used as a blender in Rhone Blends this wine can stand on its own if done well. This version is a dark red to almost purple wine. The nose is a tart raspberry and loam, with floral hints. The mouth feel light to medium body, a sweet fruit with acid middle, the finish is acid but almost tannin free.
