  Perfect example. Popped and oured with scallops galore. Very fresh with accent on minerals, citrus, butter (but less so); end on a good lift, smokey, layered. No hurry here.

  Singing tonight. Just perfect balance, citrus, minerals, a vertical structure. Not the creamy, buttery style of Leflaive, something else - but no less deep. Very fine showing.
